Design for Six Sigma [DFSS]

In businesses, it is common to find situations where their products/processes/services are falling significantly short of meeting their customer needs when this happens, DFSS is a methodology that could help address those needs. This approach is recommended when

• Developing a brand new product, service or process
• Need breakthrough change to significantly alter how we do business
• Process is so broken that eliminating one root cause at a time isn?t sufficient
